"Incroyable" Paris fine dining
Pierre Gagnaire
His Paris restaurant was once rated one of the top five in the world. This master chef stretches his time across the globe, with restaurants in London, 'Sketch' and 'Pierre' in Hong Kong and Tokyo.
For a dining experience at his Michelin star restaurant allow 250+ pp (that does not include wine), alternatively you could try 'GAYA Rive Gauche' at 44 rue du Bac which is also 'haute cuisine'. See our comments 7th.

Le Crillon, (Hotel de Crillon)
The dining room has been favoured by the likes of Jackie Kennedy, Diana Vreeland, Madonna and many more starlets. Its contemporary dining in an old-world bistro but there’s no simplicity in the cusine, only the best truffles, caviar and Langoustines are on offer here.

Senderens
Alain Senderens, a three star michelin chef, opened a more casual dining experience in Paris. The cuisine however is not ‘casual’ with accents on mediterranean and Asian dishes such a ‘Lotte er Moules de Vouchot au curry vert, patchoï et avocat’ which translates as a fleshy fish with mussles in a green curry with nuts and avocado.
